Ingredients

1/2 ripe banana

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)

1/4 cup egg whites (or 1 egg)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1–2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions

Mash banana in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add oats, protein powder, egg whites, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
