Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or sweetener of your choice)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons whole milk (or plant-based milk)

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or melted butter)

  • 1 capful vanilla extract

  • Optional Add-ins:

    • Cinnamon, chocolate chips, or fruit


Instructions

  • Whisk the dry ingredients together in your mug.

  • Add the wet ingredients and whisk until combined. It’s okay if there are small lumps—don’t over mix!
