These healthy chocolate protein muffins are rich, fluffy, and packed with protein from a blend of cottage cheese and chocolate protein powder. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout fuel.
Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

2 large eggs

1 ripe banana

½ cup almond flour or oat flour

¼ cup chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a blender or bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, banana, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Stir in almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

Pour batter evenly into muffin cups.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool before removing from the tin. Serve warm or cold.

Use sweetened protein powder if you prefer a sweeter muffin.
